Our second group: a private dinner at Sant'Evasio

In October we welcomed our second group, and this time we took them out for the evening: a private dinner at Cantina Sant'Evasio, less than a kilometre from our gate.

It started with a tour of the winery by Emmanuela, as charming as she is expert. Then dinner, with a Sant'Evasio wine paired with every dish, and amazing food by Rocco (@better_call_rocco), from an aperitivo of Piedmontese classics, vitello tonnato and insalata russa, all the way to dessert.
