In 2026, we went looking for something different, and found it in the hills above Nizza Monferrato.

A house with a memory

The cascina takes its name from the Belloni family it once belonged to. Original stone walls and timber beams still grace several rooms, and two period pistols sit set into a vault of the ancient cellar.

We take a modern view of it all, shaping a place around the simple idea of a healthier, happier life: our own wine and olive oil, vegetables from the garden, and an active, outdoor life to tie it together.
