Our first group, and the best butcher in Nizza

We had our first group booking, and of course we wanted them to experience the great variety of high-quality food this region has.

At home we haven't cooked with meat for the last ten years, but we do enjoy it when we go out for dinner or on a special occasion. And a first group is a special occasion.

As it happens, we had already met Francesco, the owner of Vittorio e Loredana, the macelleria storica on Via Carlo Alberto: his son is one of Oliver's friends. And it turns out to be the best butcher in town. So for the group we went to Francesco and came home with an amazing selection of cured meats and cheeses to serve with the aperitivo.
